When a fairly new restaurant opens and weathers a long winter with little pedestrian traffic, you would expect they’d be clamoring for a warm spring to return more street traffic. So much to everyone’s surprise on March 25 there was a sign posted on a shuttered PrimeBar that they were closed and were saying goodbye.
According to Hennepin Fourth District Court, an action was filed by Calhoun Square on February 20 against PrimeBar for lack of rent payment. Court was held on March 4 for both parties who each retained representation. On Sunday, March 24 eviction papers were served to representatives of PrimeBar.
